To become qualified, you must complete a nursing degree that specialises in mental health nursing. As an RGN you will focus your work on places such as mental health units, rehabilitation centres and psychiatric hospitals. The work that RMNs manage daily includes counselling, medication prescribing related to specific mental health, therapy and more.
